      - Six Features of Microlaser Soldering System

      Optical technology enables small beam spot shapes, sharp laser irradiation angles, and long focal lengths at the same time, and is suitable for high-density mounting tasks such as fine and narrow pitch parts.
      In addition, the temperature control function controls the laser heating temperature. It is equipped with models from wavelength-dynamic infrared to ultraviolet, and can be processed for various purposes such as soldering and UV curing.
