With an easy-to-replace cartridge type, the soldering tip can be quickly exchanged without any misalignment after replacement.
2. All models come standard with the ZSB Feeder to prevent solder ball spatter.
A groove is automatically formed during solder feeding by the roulette blade, allowing the expanding flux gas generated during soldering to escape through this groove. This minimizes solder ball and flux spatter, making it an essential feature for soldering high-tech components and automotive electronic part

3. All models, except ECHO, are equipped with RSP and RSL iron units featuring automatic adjustment functions.
The secondary solder feeding position on the soldering tip can be adjusted by moving the stopper up or down, enabling automatic switching between the primary and secondary solder feeding positions during operation.
This enhances thermal conductivity during the initial solder feed through pre-soldering, and maintains optimal flux activation during the secondary soldering process, thereby improving soldering quality, especially in lead-free soldering applications.
Equipped with a vertical and horizontal adjustment mechanism, the solder feeding position can be easily adjusted.
For the Slide Iron Unit, three levels of weight adjustment are available, making it ideal for soldering delicate components such as LCDs and FPCs that are sensitive to impact.
4. N2 Direct Blow soldering tip cartridges.
By using a nozzle integrated with the soldering tip, the system enables effective nitrogen discharge with a minimal amount of N₂, supporting high-quality lead-free soldering.
